LATE/NO-SHOW POLICY
We allow a 10-minute arrival grace period for all appointments (mobile and onsite).
Onsite: Late arrival to an onsite appointment will result in reduction of appointment duration, per minute late. After the 10-minute grace period, it is considered a no-show. The appointment will be canceled and a $50 no-show fee will apply.
Mobile: Our mobile care providers typically arrive 10-15 minutes early to setup, ensuring that your service begins promptly at the scheduled time. It is considered a no-show if the client is not present at the location address to receive mobile service within 10 minutes of the start time. After the 10-minute grace period, the appointment will be canceled, and a $50 no-show fee will apply. No-show fees must be paid before additional mobile services will be provided.
Virtual: It is considered a no-show if client has not joined a virtual consultation or virtual appointment within 5 minutes. After the 5-minute grace period, the appointment will be canceled, resulting in forfeiture of fees.
If a no-show occurs and more than 3 upcoming appointments are scheduled (as in a series or package), the No-Show fee must be paid within 48 hours of the next appointment. If more than 2 no-shows occur within a series, the series will be canceled and a Penalty Fee of $250 will apply. The Penalty Fee will be subtracted from monies paid toward the series. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the client according to our Reschedule/Cancelation Policy. If monies paid for a series are less than enough to cover the Penalty Fee, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent to the client.

Classes: Classes begin promptly at the start time. Out of courtesy for all guests, we ask that attendees arrive at least 15 minutes early to check-in and be seated. We allow a 10-minute arrival grace period. Late arrival to the class will result in reduction in class time. To minimize distractions, doors will close after 30 minutes of the class start time and no one will be allowed to enter. It is considered a no-show if an attendee is not present in class after 30 minutes, resulting in forfeiture of all fees.
