COMPANY POLICIES

ARRIVAL GRACE PERIOD
We offer a 10-minute arrival grace period for onsite and mobile appointments. The arrival grace period to join virtual appointments is within 5 minutes.

Onsite: Late arrival to an onsite appointment will result in reduction of appointment duration, per minute late. It is considered a no-show if the client has not arrived for the appointment within 10 minutes of the start time.

If a no-show occurs, the appointment will be canceled, and a $50 no-show fee will be charged to the client's payment source on file in our system.

Mobile: Clients must be present at their location to receive mobile service within 10 minutes of the start time. Late arrival will result in reduction of appointment duration, per minute late. After the 10-minute grace period, the reservation will be canceled, and a $50 no-show fee will be charged to the client's payment source on file. No-show fees must be cleared before the client is eligible to receive additional mobile services. LavishCare mobile providers arrive 10-15 minutes early for setup, ensuring that appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time.

Virtual: Virtual appointments must be joined within 5 minutes of the start time. Late arrival will result in reduction of appointment duration, per minute late. After the 5-minute grace period, the appointment will be canceled, resulting in forfeiture of consultation fees and possible revocation of future eligibility for virtual services.

Classes: Classes begin promptly at the start time. Attendees may arrive as early as 30 minutes before the start of a class to be checked in and seated. We allow a 10-minute arrival grace period. Late arrival to the class will result in reduction in class time. To minimize distractions, doors will close after 10 minutes, and no further entry will be allowed.

If a no-show occurs and more than 3 upcoming appointments are scheduled (as in a bundle or package), the No-Show fee must be paid within 24 hours of the next appointment. If 2 or more no-shows occur within a package, the package will be canceled. The refund policy will go into effect, including the $250 fee.
